Airfreight Operation Intern, Surabaya

Job Purpose: Provide day-to-day administrative support for Freight Forwarding Airfreight Operation Team.

• Under close guidance and supervision, provide administrative support on processes and activities for airfreight operation.
• Perform generally repetitive routine activity such as shipment document arrangement.
• Manage communication with internal stakeholder as required.

• Ms Office Suite specially Excel, Power Point and Outlook
• Well versed of written & verbal English
• Good time management and self-discipline
• Good communication skill

• Education Level: University students from any major in their last semesters
• Experience Level: Campus organizational experience, internship experience will be additional value
• Internship Period:
  Ready to commit for 6-12 months internship period
