About Us

ZUMA Sandals is one of Indonesia's fastest-growing lifestyle footwear brands, operating more than 50 retail stores across Java, Bali, Sumatra, Sulawesi, and Nusa Tenggara. As our Creator & Affiliate ecosystem continues to grow, we are looking for an organized and detail-oriented professional to support the operational excellence of our KOL & Affiliate programs.

Maintain and update the KOL & Affiliate database, including creator profiles, collaboration history, partnership status, and campaign records.

Coordinate product sample distribution based on campaign priorities and Hero Product allocation while monitoring shipment status and delivery confirmations.

Track creator deliverables, including content drafts, published posts, live links, and affiliate link implementation.

Update KPI dashboards and prepare routine reports covering New Affiliates, Active Affiliates, Video Uploads, Product Clicks, GMV, CTR, and other operational metrics.

Manage affiliate onboarding, including data verification, registration, and account activation.

Organize and maintain contracts, invoices, collaboration documents, and content usage records.

Respond promptly to creators' administrative inquiries, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure timely communication throughout campaign execution.

Support campaign logistics by preparing assets, coordinating operational requirements, and assisting during marketplace campaigns.

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Administration, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Experience in administration, data entry, customer service, e-commerce operations, or digital marketing administration is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and dashboard updates.

Strong ability to manage databases, documentation, and operational tracking with a high level of accuracy.

Understanding of logistics administration, shipment tracking, and delivery confirmation processes.

Able to prepare accurate reports and maintain organized documentation.

Familiarity with Tik Tok Shop Seller Center is an advantage.

Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication skills for coordination, follow-ups, and stakeholder support.

Disciplined, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.

Willing to be based in Surabaya.

Experience as Marketplace Admin, E-commerce Admin, or Operations Admin.

Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, or similar collaboration tools.

Basic understanding of Affiliate performance metrics such as Active Affiliates, GMV, CTR, and Product Clicks.
