Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries

Manage meeting room bookings and maintain office supplies

Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry

Assist in handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Maintain a clean and organized front desk and common areas

Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations

Provide support during company events or meetings

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
