Sphere3 Marketing is a full-stack Web2 + Web3 marketing agency. We help projects grow through community building, GTM strategies, partnerships, growth campaigns, content marketing, and user acquisition. Beyond services, we are building Sphere3 Verse – a hub where projects, users, and opportunities connect.

Now, we’re expanding our team of Outreach & BD Managers – ambitious individuals who can connect us with projects that need growth, partnerships, and marketing support.

• As a BD & Outreach Manager, you’ll be the frontline connector between Sphere3 and new clients.
• Join Discords, Telegrams, and Web3 communities to identify projects with challenges (low engagement, slow mints, weak collabs, poor branding, etc.)
• Start conversations with founders, admins, or CM leads
• Offer them a FREE strategy & playbook call via our Calendly link
• Act as a problem finder + solution provider – Sphere3’s expert team will close the deals

• Full training & playbooks (outreach templates, strategy, and methods that already work)
• A network & reputation that helps you close deals faster than individuals
• A chance to learn Web3 sales/business development hands-on
• Growth into leadership roles as we scale

• 5% commission on deals above $1000 (Example: $2000 -> you earn $100)
• 10% commission on deals $1000 and below (Example: $1000 -> you earn $100)

⚡ On average, 3–4 deals can bring in $200 – $1,000+ per month. Some of our team members are already earning $300 – $2,000/month just from commissions.

• Passionate about Web3, crypto, NFTs, or De Fi
• Strong networking & communication skills (Linked In, Discord, Telegram, Twitter)
• Motivated, ambitious, and consistent — outreach is a numbers game!
• Previous sales or BD experience is a bonus, but not required (training included)
