- Melakukan analisa dan perhitungan struktur bangunan.
- Membuat gambar kerja dan detail struktur
. - Melakukan volume, BOQ, RAB dan estimasi biaya pekerjaan.
- Menyiapkan cost estimation & quotation untuk tender.
- Melakukan value engineering untuk optimasi struktur dan biaya.
- Koordinasi dengan Architect, Site Manager, Supplier & Subkontraktor
.
- Minimal S1 Teknik Sipil
, diutamakan konsentrasi Struktur. - Memiliki SKA Structural Engineer
- Pengalaman min 5 tahun di bidang struktur, drafter dan estimator konstruksi.
- Mampu melakukan analisa dan perhitungan struktur bangunan.
- Menguasai AutoCAD, ETABS/SAP
2000 ( min level intermediate ) - Mampu membaca dan membuat gambar kerja/detail struktur
- Memahami BOQ, RAB, analisa harga satuan & costing
. - Teliti, analitis, bertanggung jawab dan mampu bekerja dengan deadline/tender
.
- Terbiasa menggunakan
Google Drive, Ms Office - Terbiasa kerja dengan TARGET, RAPI, BERSIH dan SISTEMATIS
- Penempatan di Surabaya Barat
- Tersedia Gaji Dasar
- Insentif Performa
- Tersedia Fasilitas kesehatan Apabila lolos interview dan bergabung, berikut syarat yang harus dipenuhi :
- Minimal kontrak kerja 1 tahun
- Tidak diperkenankan untuk mempunyai pekerjaan freelance/paruh waktu apapun di tempat lain
- Dapat segera bekerja setelah Interview Akhir ( proses max 1-3 hari )
