PT Aksa Studio Kreatif is a creative agency currently leading branding and digital growth initiatives for a fast‑growing Trading‑AI company.

We are seeking a talented Video Editor & Animator who can bring stories to life through compelling visuals and dynamic animations. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, technical expertise, and storytelling to produce high‑quality content for global audiences.

The ideal candidate is capable of conducting in‑depth content research, shaping insights into strong visual narratives, and working confidently in English for international‑facing content. Proficiency in Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects is required, while familiarity with AI‑powered creative tools will be considered a strong advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Produce and edit engaging videos with 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, titles, and infographics.
• Create 3D models and animations for characters, objects, and scenes, ensuring quality and deadlines are met.
• Integrate soundtracks, audio, and effects to enhance viewer experience.
• Perform color correction and grading to maintain consistent visual quality.
• Deliver final videos optimized for social media, websites, and other platforms.
• Stay updated on animation and editing trends, software, and techniques.
• Adapt animation style, tools, and methods based on project requirements without being limited to a specific technique.
• Can develop concepts, storyboards, and visual storytelling independently would be a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Video Production, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent experience. Fresh graduates welcome.
• Portfolio demonstrating animation, illustration, and video editing work.
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and at least one 3D software (Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D).
• Strong understanding of animation principles, motion graphics, and video editing techniques.
• Detail‑oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of financial content is a plus.
• Eager to learn, experiment, and stay updated with trends and new techniques.
