ROLE OVERVIEWWe are looking for a Social Media Content Strategist who can think before creating
.
This role is not just about making captions or following trends.
You must be able to:
- Turn product features into human stories.
- Decide the objective of each content.
- Structure hooks and storytelling with intention every second of the video or every detail of the carousel/IG Story.
- Edit your video using Capcut or Edit.
Simply, you will be the brain behind our social content.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:- Build structured content planning for Instagram & Tik Tok.
- Define target audience & content objective for each post.
- Develop strong hooks (first 3 seconds matter).
- Create clear content briefs for creative execution.
- Ensure brand voice consistency across platforms.
You might be a fit if you:
- Have 1–2 years experience in social media / content strategy / digital marketing.
- You can edit the video using Edits or Capcut.
- Understand content funnel (awareness > engagement > conversion).
- Can explain the “why” behind your idea.
- Think structured, not random.
- You must comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) as a thinking partner, not copy paste machine.
- Are detail-oriented and can work in a fast-paced environment.
