Jasmine Florist & Jasmine Maison is looking for a creative, hands-on, and passionate Art & Styling Director to lead and develop the creative direction of our floral, home styling, interior, and event projects.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong visual sense who enjoys transforming ideas into beautiful, thoughtful, and well-executed concepts — from the initial inspiration through to final styling and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop creative concepts and visual direction for Jasmine Florist & Jasmine Maison.
- Lead styling for floral arrangements, homes, interiors, showrooms, installations, and events.
- Create mood boards, styling concepts, and visual references for projects.
- Develop distinctive and aesthetically cohesive floral and décor concepts.
- Guide and collaborate with the creative team from concept development through final execution.
- Source and select flowers, furniture, home accessories, décor pieces, props, materials, and other styling elements.
- Develop concepts and styling for photoshoots, campaigns, and brand content.
- Maintain consistency in the visual identity and aesthetic standards of the brands.
- Stay current with trends in floral design, interiors, home décor, lifestyle, and visual merchandising.
- Continuously bring fresh ideas and contribute to the creative growth of Jasmine Florist & Jasmine Maison.
- Strong creative instinct with excellent visual taste and attention to detail.
- Background in Interior Design, Architecture, Visual Communication Design, Floral Design, or other related creative fields is preferred.
- Able to translate inspiration and ideas into practical and well-executed concepts.
- Hands-on and comfortable being involved directly in project execution.
- Creative, proactive, resourceful, and open to exploring new ideas.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and team leadership skills.
- Professional, responsible, emotionally mature, and able to handle feedback constructively.
- Able to take ownership of projects while working collaboratively with management and the team.
