Photographer & Videographer

Photographer & Videographer role focused on producing visual content for brand, product, campaign, social media, event, and company activities. The position involves end-to-end production from pre-production through post-production, creating engaging content aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.

• Produce for brand, product, campaign, social media, event, and company activity needs
• Develop visual ideas and concepts together with Creative & Marketing teams
• Manage pre-production, shooting, and post-production processes
  
  Create visual content that aligns with brand identity and campaign objectives
• Editing skills, including retouching, color grading, cutting, sound, and basic motion
• Create engaging content for Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and other digital platforms
• Document internal and external company activities
• Manage production equipment and ensure are properly stored and archived
• Stay current with visual trends, photography, videography, and digital content developments relevant to Gen Z audience
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Social Media, and Content Creator teams

• Minimum S1 degree in DKV, Film & Television, Multimedia, Broadcasting, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience as Photographer & Videographer
• Experience in creative agency, brand, beauty, lifestyle, or commercial production
• Proficiency in photography and videography fundamentals through advanced techniques, including lighting, composition, framing, and storytelling
• Experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and supporting equipment such as lighting, gimbal, audio, and others
• Proficiency in editing software including Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects
• Portfolio demonstrating photography and videography capabilities
• Creative with strong visual taste, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a team
• Able to work with fast deadlines and in a dynamic environment
• Initiative to provide new ideas and visual approaches
