Fashion & Art Director

Plan and develop fashion campaigns from concept to completion
, including creative concepts, visual direction, production, and final output.

Develop the overall theme, mood, styling, color palette, and visual direction in line with the brand identity.

Source, select, and coordinate models, talents, photographers, videographers, stylists, makeup artists, and other creative teams according to campaign requirements.

Plan and direct photoshoots and video productions
, including wardrobe, location, setting, lighting, poses, and overall visual execution.

Provide creative direction throughout the production process to ensure the final results are aligned with the established concept and brand standards.

Collaborate closely with Marketing, A&P, Merchandising, and Brand teams to develop campaign concepts and promotional materials.

Develop creative and visual concepts for various platforms, including product campaigns, catalogues, social media content, promotional materials, and brand activations
.

Review and provide creative feedback on photography, video, artwork, and other visual materials before publication.

Stay updated on fashion trends, consumer trends, visual trends, and creative industry developments to create fresh and relevant campaign concepts.

Ensure consistency in brand image, visual identity, and storytelling across all campaigns and communication materials.

Manage campaign timelines and ensure all creative and production processes are completed according to deadlines and project objectives

Build and maintain relationships with model agencies, talents, photographers, stylists, makeup artists, production houses, and other creative professionals
.

Evaluate campaign results and provide creative recommendations for future campaign development
.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Fashion Design, Visual Communication Design, Art, Creative, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven professional experience in Fashion, Art Direction, Creative Direction, Fashion Styling, or a related field
.

Experience in the fashion retail industry is a strong advantage.

Strong passion and understanding of fashion, lifestyle, branding, and creative industries
.

Strong skills in concept development, visual direction, styling, and campaign planning
.

Good understanding of photoshoot and video production processes
, from preparation to final output.

Strong fashion sense, aesthetic awareness, visual composition, and visual storytelling skills
.

Able to translate creative ideas and fashion concepts into compelling visual campaigns
.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external creative partners.

Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines
.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
, particularly during the creative and production process.

Portfolio showcasing previous fashion campaigns, photoshoots, styling projects, or other creative work is required.

Able to identify and adapt to current fashion, lifestyle, visual, and consumer trends

Strong attention to detail and a clear understanding of brand identity and target market
