- Pendidikan minimal D3 semua jurusan
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Customer Service di Logistik/Ekspedisi Muat Kapal Laut (EMKL)
- Kemampuan komunikasi verbal dan tertulis yang baik
- Menguasai penggunaan perangkat lunak untuk pelacakan pengiriman dan CRM
- Sabar, memiliki kemampuan problem-solving dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
- Proaktif, responsif, dan mampu bekerja sama dalam tim
