Job opportunity for Customer Service Conversion at PT Karsa Madani Indonesia (Syarihub) in Kota Surabaya, Jawa Timur, Indonesia.
Kualifikasi- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Manajemen, Komunikasi atau bidang terkait
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Customer Service atau posisi serupa lebih diutamakan
- Terbiasa menggunakan Whats App, Google Sheet, dan CRM
- Teliti, teratur, dan mampu mengelola data
- Mampu bekerja cepat, sistematis, dan detail oriented
- Reliable dan mampu bekerja secara tim maupun mandiri
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift
- Bersedia WFO di Surabaya
- Menginput data lead dan pelanggan baru ke dalam sistem CRM
- mengelola administrasi murid baru
- menginput dan merekap perolehan murid baru ke dalam laporan terkait
- melakukan pencatatan dan analisis sederhana terhadap respon chat calon pelanggan
- memantau grup murid aktif dan merekap kendala dalam pembelajaran
- membantu membalas chat calon murid.
