About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate School Principal to lead our growing educational institution. As the School Principal, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school's operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and providing strategic direction to achieve the school's vision and objectives. This is a full-time position based in East of Surabaya, Jawa Timur.

• Providing strong, visionary leadership to the school community, including staff, students and parents
• Developing and implementing the school's strategic plan, policies and procedures to foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the school, including budgeting, resource allocation and staff management
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant educational regulations and standards
• Championing the school philosophy and promoting its principles throughout the school
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with parents, the local community and other stakeholders
• Overseeing the recruitment, training and development of teaching and support staff
• Monitoring student progress and continuously improving the school's curriculum and teaching practices

• Postgraduate degree in Education, Educational Leadership or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the education sector, preferably in an International and Multilingual school environment
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is mandatory
• Thorough understanding of the school philosophy and its practical application in the classroom
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Strong organisational and decision-making capabilities
• Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve strategic goals
• Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in education
