We are looking for a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive who enjoys meeting parents, understands their concerns, and can explain our programs with clarity and warmth. You will often be the first person parents talk to, so how you communicate truly matters.
What You Will Do- Respond to inquiries from prospective parents (online and onsite)
- Meet parents, listen to their needs, and explain our programs clearly
- Invite parents for school visits and trial classes
- Follow up consistently and professionally
- Work towards monthly enrollment targets
- Keep track of leads and follow-ups in an organized way
- Support school events such as open houses and trial .
- 2–5 years experience in sales, admissions, or marketing
- Experience in education or premium services is a plus
- Comfortable speaking with parents and families
- Good communication skills and strong follow-up habits
- Organized, responsible, and reliable
- Genuinely enjoys working in an education environment
- Used to work with targets.
- Familiar with Surabaya atra
- Experience handling high-trust or premium clients
- Basic English communication skills
- Parent experience is a plus
