- Management and development of student organizations
- Ability to design curricula and human resource development strategies for student organizations
- Development of student-related policies and regulations
- Management of student internship programs within Student Affairs
- Capability to manage, analyze, and provide strategic recommendations based on student data
- Bachelor degree in Psychology/Law/Industrial Engineering/Engineering
- Aged 23-35
- Leadership experiences
- Curriculum/training design
- Minimum one year working experiences
