Pre-School​/Kindergarten Teacher

About the Role

Blue Dolphin Playskool is seeking a passionate and experienced Pre‑School/Kindergarten Teacher to join our dynamic team in Surabaya. As a full‑time role, you will be responsible for providing high‑quality early childhood education and care to our young learners, helping them develop academically, socially and emotionally.

• Planning and delivering engaging, age‑appropriate lesson plans that foster curiosity and a love of learning
• Implementing structured activities, play‑based learning, and hands‑on experiences to support children’s development
• Observing and assessing children’s progress, and providing individualised support as needed
• Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
• Collaborating with parents and families to support each child’s growth and development
• Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practices

• Relevant teaching qualification in early childhood education or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with pre‑school or kindergarten‑aged children
• Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies for young learners
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues
• Creativity, flexibility, and a passion for making learning fun and meaningful
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, caring, and inclusive learning environment
