This is a full‑time, on‑site Elementary School Teacher role based in Surabaya. The Elementary School Teacher will plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives. Responsibilities include managing a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment, assessing student progress, and providing timely feedback to learners and families. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, school activities, and student support initiatives.
The role also involves contributing to co‑curricular programs, participating in school events and professional development, and maintaining effective communication with parents and guardians.
- Strong foundation in Elementary Education and Education, with the ability to support holistic student development.
- Demonstrated Teaching experience in an elementary school setting, including classroom management and differentiated instruction.
- Experience in Curriculum Development, including lesson planning, assessment design, and alignment with learning standards.
- Excellent Communication skills for working with students, families, and colleagues in a collaborative school environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field; teaching certification or license is highly preferred.
- Experience in international or bilingual school settings and familiarity with inquiry‑based or student‑centered learning approaches are an advantage.
- Proficiency with educational technology tools and digital learning platforms to support teaching and learning.
- Commitment to professional growth, cultural sensitivity, and inclusive practices that support diverse learners.
