Cermati is seeking a proactive Training Specialist to lead and execute sales training programs across client sites in Indonesia. You will develop program content, update materials, and ensure alignment with corporate standards.
This role requires coordinating with regional teams and Head Office to maintain high-quality training resources. You will monitor training effectiveness, run pre/post evaluations, and travel to client sites as needed.
