Learning & Teaching

• Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching in both practical studio courses and theoretical design studies.
• Develop and continually improve teaching materials, curriculum, and learning experiences.
• Integrate innovative and industry-relevant practices in visual communication design and creative entrepreneurship.
• Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and mentorship to students.
• Contribute to curriculum review and program development to align with the evolving design industry.

• Stay updated on professional practices, trends, and technologies in visual communication design, including emerging tools such as AI.
• Engage in creative projects, research, or industry collaborations that contribute to design innovation and community impact.
• Build and maintain networks with professionals, institutions, and creative communities.
• Support knowledge transfer and applied learning through workshops, exhibitions, or community-based projects.

• Lead or coordinate specific courses, modules, or initiatives as assigned.
• Support academic administration including student recruitment, mentoring, and extracurricular activities.
• Collaborate across departments and contribute to interdisciplinary projects.

Have teaching experience as a lecturer or DLB of reputable University, and/or have professional experience in the field of film, videography and audio visual content creation.
