Pre-School​/ Kindergarten Teacher

About the role

Blue Dolphin Playskool is seeking a passionate and experienced Pre-School/Kindergarten Teacher to join our dynamic team in Surabaya. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our early learners, helping them develop academically, socially and emotionally.

Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that foster curiosity and a love of learning

Implementing structured activities, play-based learning, and hands-on experiences to support children's development

Observing and assessing children's progress, and providing individualised support as needed

Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment

Collaborating with parents and families to support each child's growth and development

Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practices

Relevant teaching qualification in early childhood education or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience working with pre-school or kindergarten-aged children

Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies for young learners

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues

Creativity, flexibility, and a passion for making learning fun and meaningful

Commitment to maintaining a safe, caring, and inclusive learning environment
