Shadow Teacher

POLAR is looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Shadow Teachers
. In this role, you will provide one-on-one support for students with special educational needs in a school environment, helping them participate confidently in both academic and social activities.

As a Shadow Teacher, you will work closely with students, teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning experience.

Provide one-on-one classroom support for students.

Support students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.

Attend meetings, school activities, and training sessions.

Prepare regular student progress reports.

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology or Education (preferred fields).

Basic to intermediate English communication skills and good Bahasa Indonesia proficiency.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Compassionate, patient, and passionate about working with children.

Able to work collaboratively in a school environment.

Previous experience as a Shadow Teacher or working with children with special educational needs is an advantage, but not required.
