SHEQ Head

Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a SHEQ Head
. This position will lead the development and implementation of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) management systems across the organization, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

• Lead the design and execution of SHEQ policies and systems in line with national regulations and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001).
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification across all operational areas.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Oversee internal and external audits related to SHEQ.
• Provide training and awareness programs to promote a strong safety and quality culture.
• Act as the main liaison with regulatory agencies and local authorities (DLH, Disnaker, etc.).
• Prepare and present regular SHEQ performance reports to senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SHEQ
  , with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Certified in General K3 (AK3 Umum);
  Lead Auditor ISO (9001, 14001, 45001), Fire Fighting, and Training of Trainer (TOT) are preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
