Refrigeration Project Supervisor

Work in cold storage and industrial refrigeration projects

Opportunity to handle installation and technical supervision

Supervise cold storage and refrigeration system installation at project sites

Provide technical guidance during equipment and system installation

Review and interpret CAD drawings and installation layouts

Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and project teams

Monitor project progress, installation quality, and safety compliance

Assist in troubleshooting technical issues during installation and commissioning

Prepare project progress reports and maintain documentation

Ensure project completion meets company and client requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in supervising equipment or refrigeration system installation projects

Strong understanding of refrigeration principles and cold storage systems

Proficient in reading CAD drawings and able to perform basic CAD editing

Strong hands‑on technical skills and field problem‑solving ability

Experience supervising installation teams on project sites

Willing to travel and support projects outside the city when required

Good communication and coordination skills

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field is preferred
