PT Industrial Robotic Automation membuka kesempatan untuk posisi Aftersales Admin Staff. Kandidat memiliki pendidikan D4/S1 Teknik Mesin/Elektro dan pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai admin teknik/quotation, dengan kemampuan menggunakan AutoCAD dan membaca gambar teknik.
Tugas meliputi follow up customer untuk kebutuhan aftersales, identifikasi kebutuhan, koordinasi pembelian/produksi part, dokumentasi di CRM (Pipedrive), serta dukungan K3 di lokasi customer.
