• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term mine plans, including pit designs, haul road layouts, and production schedules.
• Utilize mine planning software (e.g., Deswik, Mine Sight, Vulcan) to model and optimize mining operations.
• Collaborate with geological and survey teams to ensure accurate incorporation of geological data and survey pickups into mine plans.
• Perform mine economics evaluations and feasibility studies for new projects or extensions.
• Conduct geotechnical assessments and ensure mine designs adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor mine production and update plans as necessary to account for actual performance and changing conditions.
• Prepare detailed reports on mine planning activities, production forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure effective implementation of mine plans.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within mining operations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of mine safety procedures and protocols.

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in mine planning, preferably in open-pit operations.
• Proficiency in industry-standard mine planning and design software is essential.
• Strong understanding of mining methods, equipment capabilities, and operational constraints.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to interpret geological and survey data effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental best practices in mining.
• Experience in East Java mining operations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
