Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Estimator in EPC/EPCM, industrial, or construction projects.
Able to read electrical drawings, Singel Line Diagrams (SLD), and technical specifications.
Experienced in Material Take-Off (MTO) and Bill of Quantity (BOQ) preparation.
Good understanding of LV/MV electrical systems and applicable standards (IEC, IEEE, or PUIL).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with estimation software is an advantage.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Job DescriptionPrepare cost estimates for electrical works based on drawings and technical specifications.
Perform Material Take-Off (MTO) and prepare Bill of Quantity (BOQ).
Estimate material, labor, and equipment costs.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and suppliers.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams during the tender process.
Support tender submissions, value engineering, and variation order cost estimations.
