Monitoring preventive maintenance processes to ensure they run well from mechanical and electrical aspects. Creating performance analysis reports to determine action plans, developing action plans with cost estimations, and ensuring technical project viability. Ensuring each project implementation runs according to schedule and resolving problems as they arise. Conducting continuous improvement to enhance machine performance or achieve other positive objectives.

• Monitor preventive maintenance processes from mechanical and electrical perspectives
• Create performance analysis reports to determine action plans
• Develop action plans with cost estimations and ensure technical project viability
• Ensure project implementation follows schedule and resolve issues as they occur
• Conduct continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance

• Minimum D4/S1 qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field
• Experience in Tobacco Company is a plus
• Proficient in machine elements and able to read specifications
• Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Vibration Analysis
• High initiative and ability to work with stakeholders from various backgrounds
