Project Management Intern

Qualifications

• 1. Final-year student majoring in Civil Engineering.
• 2. Basic understanding of construction project management and building construction processes.
• 3. Able to read and interpret construction drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Cost Estimates (RAB), technical specifications, and contract documents.
• 4. Able to read technical drawings and understand project documentation.
• 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• 6. Strong communication, coordination, and administrative skills.
• 7. Detail-oriented, proactive, analytical, and able to work effectively in a team.
• 8. Good time management skills and able to work in a dynamic environment.
• 9. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Primavera, or other related software will be an advantage.

• 1. Assist the Project Management team in project planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting activities.
• 2. Support the development of project schedules and monitor project progress.
• 3. Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
• 4. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• 5. Assist in monitoring work quality, project timelines, and compliance with project plans.
• 6. Conduct site visits and field inspections as required by project needs.
