Chainsage is a fully remote, sub-20-person quantitative trading firm operating across major crypto venues. We build proprietary, low-latency systematic market‑making and basis‑arbitrage systems from first principles. We are well funded, move quickly, value autonomy and have no hierarchy.

Looking for exceptional people of various experience levels for our trading team, more senior members to lead analysis and process optimization, as well as junior members more focused on operational duties, monitoring and shift coverage.

• Provide input, ideas and perform analysis on how to improve capital efficiency, trading algorithms, creation of new metrics, portfolio allocation
• Have an excellent understanding of our strategies, optimize parameters/configuration
• Support the entire trade life cycle; execution, reconciliation, inventory utilization
• Manage risk levels and collateral management
• Cover scheduled shifts of monitoring our trading system to ensure smooth operation of our algorithms, working closely with engineers

• Base + profit sharing
• Periodic in‑person research and development sprints
• Visa sponsorship in various jurisdictions, including the US (H1B) and the UK/EU

• Minimum 2-5 years in systematic trading (market making, futures basis)
• Degree in Engineering, Sciences, Math, Finance, Economics, Business or related areas
• Attention to detail, self‑discipline and an analytical mindset supported with knowledge of statistics and math
• Experience and interest in crypto in a personal or professional setting, trading and/or investing
• Hard‑working with a self‑starter attitude
• Located between GMT-4 to GMT+3
