Support the Director of Finance in all finance activities, drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and partner with hotel teams to maximize profit for shareholders and owners.

• Ensure smooth operation of all hotel finance activities in full compliance with policy, regulatory and contractual framework.
• Business partner with hotel finance team members and the Hotel Management team; support the Director of Finance in developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Commercial, IT, Procurement, Operations, Shared Service Centers (where applicable), Owners and Asset Managers, as well as Regional Operations Finance.
• Assume departmental lead responsibilities in the absence of the Director of Finance.
• Support the Director of Finance in developing best‑in‑class hotel Finance teams, including participation in all relevant Finance development programs.

• Ability to analyze large volumes of complex financial information from multiple sources and create reports, forecasts and projections.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to address issues collaboratively.
• Proactive identification and prevention of potential problems.
• Capability to develop problem‑solving skills among direct reports and other team members.
• Initiative to identify, prioritize and implement all elements required for team success.
• Staff management and development skills.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations to all levels of the company, hotels and owners.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with all levels of management and external customers.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook with quick learning capability for new programs.

• University degree in Accounting or Finance.
