Finance Manager

We are seeking an Experienced Finance Manager (full‑time position) to join our team in Surabaya
, East Java. Finance Manager role is overseeing Company's Financial Operations and Ensuring the Financial Health of the organisation.

• Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's business objectives.
• Overseeing all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities

• Managing the company's cash flow, liquidity and treasury functions.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
• Analysing financial data and providing insights to inform decision‑making.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement cost‑saving opportunities

• Supervising and mentoring the finance team to drive continuous improvement

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a finance management role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles.
• Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools.
• Problem‑Solving and Decision‑Making abilities to identify and address financial challenges.
• Must be able to speak English.
