Lead a High-Growth Investment Fund with a Public-Facing Industry Role
We are seeking an experienced Investment Fund Manager
to lead the management and growth of our Australian retail and wholesale property investment fund backed by the globally recognised ELLE hospitality and lifestyle brand.
This is not a back‑office role. You will be at the centre of fund performance, investor confidence, capital raising support, and public representation of the fund across Australia.
You will work closely with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to ensure the fund operates to best‑practice standards while scaling funds under management.
About the Role
You will take ownership of the end‑to‑end management of a managed fund, ensuring strong governance, regulatory compliance, and investor communication — while also acting as a key commercial partner to our capital raising efforts.

Key Responsibilities Fund Management & Operations
Oversee the day‑to‑day management of the fund structureCoordinate with the Responsible Entity, fund administrators, custodians, and auditorsMonitor fund cash flow, performance, and distributionsSupport onboarding of new property assets into the fundCompliance & Regulatory Oversight
Ensure compliance with Australian regulatory requirements including ASIC and Corporations Act obligationsOversee preparation and updates of key documents including PDS, IM and TMDWork with legal and compliance advisers on disclosure, governance and reportingMaintain AML/CTF and investor onboarding standardsSales & Capital Raising Support
Work closely with the national sales team to support capital raising initiativesProvide technical fund expertise on investor and adviser callsHelp structure new fund offers and investment tranchesEnsure all financial messaging used by sales teams remains compliantMarketing, PR & Public Representation
Collaborate with marketing on fund materials, campaigns and investor education contentReview and approve financial messaging and performance disclosuresRepresent the fund at investor events, webinars and roadshowsParticipate in media interviews, podcasts and industry commentary where requiredInvestor Relations & Reporting
Oversee preparation of quarterly and annual investor reportsSupport communications with high‑net‑worth and wholesale investorsEnsure investor communications are clear, accurate and aligned with performanceGovernance & Investment Oversight
Prepare investment papers for assets entering the fundSupport investment committee processes and documentationEnsure all investments align with the fund mandate and risk profileAbout You
You are commercially minded, confident in front of investors, and deeply comfortable operating within a regulated funds environment.
Essential Experience
5+ years experience in funds management, managed investment schemes or property fundsStrong understanding of retail vs wholesale investor rules in AustraliaKnowledge of AFSL structures and regulatory expectations of ASICExperience working with fund administrators, trustees and external service providersStrong financial literacy and ability to interpret fund performance metricsHighly Regarded
