• Minimum 3 years of experience in a tax consulting firm or related field
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in data processing related to tax and accounting
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian taxation regulations and practices
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
• Highly motivated, discipline, eager to learn, and able to work under deadlines

• Manage tax compliance and advisory projects for multiple clients across industries
• Review and finalize monthly and annual tax returns prepared by junior team members
• Review clients’ financial statements to ensure accuracy and consistency with tax reports and compliance requirements
• Analyze financial data to identify tax risk
• Provide advisory services to client based on the latest tax regulations
• Supervise and mentor junior consultants to ensure quality and compliance
• Handle tax audits, objections, and appeals, including client representation before tax authorities
• Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess the impact on client portfolios
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and in accordance with firm standard
