- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions
- Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to grow the client s portfolio
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Wealth Management and Investment Advisory, to deliver comprehensive financial services
- Ensure exceptional client service and address any concerns or queries in a timely and professional manner
- Contribute to the achievement of the team s sales targets and business objectives
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to provide informed advice to clients
- Have experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Proficient in financial analysis, investment planning, and wealth management strategies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
