  Guide financial forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis directly alongside the executive board.
• Fiscal Operations :
  Oversee all day-to-day accounting, corporative treasury and working capital optimization strategies.
• Tax Optimizing :
  Mastermind corporate tax planning, ensure full legal compliance and manage relationship with local tax authorities.
• Internal Controls :
  Mitigate financial risk by enforcing rigorous internal audits, governance frameworks and data-driven cost controls.

• Strategic Leadership :

• Proven Experience :
  Minimum 7 - 10 years in senior finance roles, preferably within manufacturing, distribution or building materials.
• Deep Expertise :
  Advanced knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (Brevet A/B/C),PSAK, IRFS accounting standards, and ERP financial systems.
• Leadership Edge :
  Strong executive presence with a track record of managing high performing finance terms and advising C-suite leaders .
