* ** Workday Finance Associate Consultant
** 1. Finance Data Conversion
* Support finance data conversion activities for Workday Finance implementation and enhancement projects.
* Prepare, review, transform, and validate finance master data and transactional data for Workday loading.
* Work with finance functional consultants to understand data requirements, data mapping, business rules, and conversion dependencies.
* Support data conversion across key Workday Finance areas
* Identify data gaps, quality issues, dependency issues, and conversion risks early in the project lifecycle.### 2. Finance Reporting & Migration
* Support finance implementation team building the Custom Report by using Workday provided tools.
* Review & track report requirements, and estimate effort for report building  
3. Finance Integration
* Support finance integration requirements related to Workday Finance projects and AMS enhancements.
* Work with functional and technical teams to define integration scope, data fields, mapping logic, frequency, file format, and error-handling requirements.
* Support finance integrations & migration with external systems
* Assist with integration testing, file validation, issue investigation, and defect resolution.
* Support field mapping discussions between client finance teams, technical teams, banks, vendors, and integration consultants.
* Review integration outputs to ensure finance data accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation readiness.

* ** Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated equivalent experience aligned with the position requirements
