Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Bank Manager to lead their branch operations in Surabaya
. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch performance, including business development, customer relationship management, risk management, and staff supervision. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial banking products and services, as well as a passion for building lasting client relationships and fostering team growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and a deep commitment to serving the financial needs of the local business community.
- Drive business development initiatives to acquire new commercial clients and expand existing relationships.
- Manage and mentor a team of banking professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee branch operations, including loan origination, credit analysis, and deposit gathering.
- Monitor branch profitability and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complex client issues promptly.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 7 years in commercial banking, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial lending, credit underwriting, and risk management principles.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with the banking and finance industry regulations in Indonesia.
