Role Overview :
Join the Radiation Safety International team (EMEA & APAC) within Varian, ensuring compliance with ionizing radiation safety standards. As the Radiation Safety Support Specialist, you will handle routine tasks, manage compliance data, and support administrative functions for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect documents and compliance data from internal sources
- Follow up on missing or incomplete information
- Analyze and verify data accuracy
- Maintain Excel and SharePoint databases with compliance information
- Prepare charts and dashboards
- Provide project support through coordination and organization
Qualifications
Required:
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)- Technical understanding or background, with scientific higher education preferred
- Self-motivated, reliable, quality-minded, creative, and customer-focused
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English (minimum CEFR C1 level) required, additional languages a plus
- Ability to work in an international team and support activities in EMEA and APACAdditional Details:
