- Source and screen candidates based on company needs and STCW requirements.
- Conduct interviews, document verification, and all administrative placement tasks.
- Maintain and update crew database regularly.
- Coordinate with international agencies for foreign crew placement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marine recruitment.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
