About the role

YPK Buah Hati is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable IT Support professional to join our team in Surabaya, East Java. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our information and communication technology systems.

• Respond to and resolve user requests and incidents related to hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform software installations, upgrades, and configuration management.
• Maintain and monitor IT systems, including servers, workstations, and peripheral devices.
• Provide training and support to end‑users on the use of various software applications.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all IT‑related activities and processes.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of IT policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering (Teknik Informatika) or a related field.
• Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting (laptop, PC, printer, projector, speaker, etc.).
• Knowledge of software troubleshooting
  , including Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS
  , webmail, and Google Workspace
  .
• Understanding of computer networking (LAN, Wi‑Fi, internet connectivity, basic IP concepts).
• Understanding of multimedia systems (projector setup, Canva, PowerPoint, sound system).
• Experience in photo/video editing and camera operation is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a school or educational environment is an advantage.
• Good communication skills, service‑oriented attitude, and ability to work in a team.
• Willing to support school activities and events when required, even on weekends and regular holidays.
