This is not a beginner program. We expect candidates to arrive with solid foundational SEO knowledge. This internship is designed to accelerate what you already know — not teach you what SEO is from scratch.
Nora is a results-driven digital marketing agency working with e-commerce, local service businesses, and startups across Southeast Asia. We're looking for a sharp, motivated intern ready to go deep on technical SEO, content strategy, and AI-era discoverability.
If you already know the difference between crawling and indexing, have touched a meta tag before, and are hungry to build real skills on live projects — this is for you.
What You'll Learn- Technical SEO auditing and site architecture
- Structured data and schema markup implementation
- AI discoverability (llms.txt, AI search optimization)
- Keyword research and search intent mapping
- On-page and programmatic SEO at scale
- Link building outreach fundamentals
- Analytics: GA4, Google Search Console, rank tracking
- SEO for e-commerce platforms
- Run technical audits on live client websites
- Produce SEO content briefs and landing page copy
- Build and maintain internal link structures
- Monitor rankings and surface insights weekly
- Research competitors and identify content gap opportunities
- Assist in client reporting and strategy presentations
- Run experiments on real e-commerce projects
- Solid understanding of on-page SEO basics
- Familiarity with Google Search Console and GA4
- Hands-on experience with keyword research
- Understanding of meta tags, heading structure, and HTML basics
- Curious, self-directed, and eager to test and learn
- Experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog
- Knowledge of schema markup / JSON-LD
- Ability to write in Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with Word Press, Laravel, or any CMS
- Basic HTML/CSS
- Hands-on training from week one on live client sites
- Real portfolio results you can show in interviews
- Direct mentorship from senior strategists
- Access to professional SEO tools (Ahrefs, GSC, Screaming Frog, and more)
- Exposure to AI-era SEO — skills most agencies haven't caught up with yet
- High performers will be considered for full-time roles
