Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan min S1 Statistika, Matematika, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Industri, Ilmu Komputer, atau jurusan terkait.
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Data Analyst, Business Analyst, atau posisi sejenis
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel tingkat lanjut, SQL, Power BI dan Tableau
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa, problem solving, dan berpikir logis yang baik.
- Teliti, mampu bekerja dengan data dalam jumlah besar, dan memiliki komunikasi yang baik.
- Nilai tambah apabila memahami sistem ERP seperti SAP, Oracle, atau sistem ERP internal perusahaan
- Melakukan analisa terhadap data kebutuhan dari manajemen
- Membuat usulan strategis
- Menjalin kerja sama dengan departemen lain untuk mengidentifikasi peluang perbaikan proses.
- Mengomunikasikan ke pihak manajemen untuk hasil temuan analisa.
- Membuat dokumentasi proses analisis untuk keperluan manajemen
