Job Responsibilities- Prepare for project delivery, plan review and test verification, follow up and monitor project coordination resources to ensure that the project plan can be implemented stably;
- Responsible for project follow-up, delivery and implementation, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Product training, explore customer needs and pain points, and cooperate with sales staff to complete project product training;
- Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science or electronics engineer fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English, which can be used as a working language;
- More than 2 years of technical support experience, relevant work experience in the security industry is preferred, and familiarity with network technology is preferred;
- Have good communication skills, service awareness and document writing skills, work rigorously, meticulously, and bear hardships and stand hard work;
