Responsibilities- Deliver advanced technical support and application guidance to customers and distributors.
- Support pre‑sales and after‑sales activities, including trials, demos, and field support.
- Diagnose recurring technical issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare technical reports, product performance feedback, and customer insights.
- Guide and support technical support operators in daily activities.
- Coordinate closely with sales, R&D, QA, and operations to improve product performance.
