- IT Support

- Minimal 2 (dua) tahun diposisi sama (IT Support, Network engineer, Dev Ops) atau sejenis
- Jaringan (Networking): TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, VLAN, Firewall, faham instalasi & troubleshooting kabel jaringan (UTP, Fiber Optic, Router Enterprise, Acces Point)
- Server & Data Center: instalasi & troubleshooting server fisik/virtual, melakukan backup & restore server & monitoring server
- Sistem Operasi: instalasi & troubleshooting sistem operasi Windows, MacOS, Linux
- Hardware: instalasi & troubleshooting komputer,laptop,server,router & access point
- Cloud Computing:
Konsep & bisa melakukan implementasinya - Sertifikasi (nilai tambah): MTCNA, CCNA, Fortinet NSE, Google Cloud Engineer, Microsoft Certified
