Ensuring all users can use technology effectively by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems.

Qualifications:

Experience minimum 2 years in the same position.

Experience in handling microtic, Vlan trunking, wifi, networking, PC Hardware, PABX, printer, and as a Help Desk.

Proactive, attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.

Good communication, customer service excellent and trustworthy

Time management and professionalism

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to learn new technologies

Willing to work in flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
