Odoo Functional Consultant

They are someone who can understand the "why" behind the requirements and effectively translate that into a functional "how."

Responsibilities:

• Analyzed customer business processes and wrote detailed specifications for solutions
• Propose suitable solutions to address customer needs
• Implement agreed-upon solutions effectively
• Develop comprehensive test cases and thoroughly verify the implemented solutions
• Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding project progress and ongoing tasks
• Organize and diligently follow up on Odoo implementations
• Actively participate in project planning, estimation, and management activities to ensure successful Odoo deployments.

Must-have qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
• Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and listening)
• A minimum of 2 years of professional work experience
• Strong understanding of various business processes
• Strong hands-on knowledge and work experience implementing Odoo ERP
• Excellent planning and interpersonal communication abilities
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and implement new knowledge effectively
