Retail Property Underwriter Zurich Asuransi

The Retail Property Underwriter is responsible for evaluating and underwriting insurance risks related to retail properties such as shopping malls, standalone stores, supermarkets, and mixed‑use retail developments. This role assesses property exposures, determines appropriate coverage, pricing, and terms, and ensures underwriting decisions align with company guidelines, risk appetite, and regulatory standards.

Required:

• Minimum 3 years of underwriting experience in property insurance
  , preferably retail or commercial property
• Strong understanding of property insurance principles and retail risk exposures
• Solid analytical and decision‑making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, Engineering, or a related field
• Preferable from insurance background
• Strong risk evaluation and pricing skills
• Attention to detail with sound judgment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in underwriting systems and Microsoft Office
