• Analyze Repair Demand Trends and continuously assess historical and forecasted repair volumes to identify demand fluctuations and prioritize parts acquisition planning.
• Initiate Internal Part Requests to Warehouse. Generate timely and accurate internal orders based on repair schedules, ensuring the warehouse is equipped to meet repair center needs.
• Coordinate with Global Logistics to expedite parts. Liaise with the Global Logistics organization to monitor shipments, expedite delivery of critical components, and resolve any delays proactively.
• Ensure on‑time parts availability for repair operations track part availability against repair timelines, flag potential risks, and implement contingency actions to maintain service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to minimize backlog. Partners with Planning, Procurement, and Repair Operations teams to align on priorities, optimize inventory flow, and reduce backlog impact on delivery performance.
• Repair service planning and work order management, working closely with the production, quality, parts/logistics teams and external vendors to ensure on‑time delivery within scope and budget.
• Conduct data analysis, service demand forecasting and budgeting.
• Monitor SAP material movement transactions with planners to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support inventory integrity through stock takes and inventory verification activities.
• Monitor purchase order transactions related to service contracts.
• Prepare expenditure reports and support billing documentation and invoicing.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as drawing, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Repairs experience and associated skills.
• Planning and scheduling skills.
• Competence in Microsoft office tools.
