Oversee end-to-end maritime passenger services across shore terminals and fleet vessels, ensuring top-tier service standards, food quality, vendor coordination, and smooth embarkation/debarkation operations

• Service & Facility Ops:
  Enforce service checklists, maintain shore/ship facilities, verify entertainmentsystems, and coordinate insurance claims.
• Terminal & Passenger Handling:
  Manage passenger/vehicle flow during boarding, VIP manifests, andstandby medical teams.
• Logistics & Vendors:
  Audit food supply quantity/quality, select monthly menus, coordinate vesselberthing schedules, and manage waste disposal.
• Strategy & Reporting:
  Plan terminal promotional events and compile daily/monthly performance & cost-evaluation reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Maritime, or Business Management.
• 3–5 years experience in maritime, hotel, or cruise passenger services.
• Strong leadership, vendor management, and operational reporting skills.
